Acceptable Use Policy

The platform is provided for authorized business use only: initiating and managing client projects and maintaining the configuration catalog in line with your assigned role. Use it only for the purposes for which access was granted.

You must not:

• Attempt to access data, roles, or functions beyond your authorization.
• Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the platform's security, availability, or integrity.
• Upload malicious code or content, or unlawful, infringing, or offensive material.
• Extract, copy, or share confidential client or project data outside its intended scope.
• Share your credentials or allow others to use your access.

Handle all information in the platform in accordance with applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Report suspected security incidents or data exposure to your Snowco platform administrator immediately.

Access is a privilege tied to your role. Violations of this policy may result in suspension or removal of access and, where appropriate, further action consistent with company policy.
